Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an Admissions and Registration Coordinator to manage non-clinical patient intake, collect demographics and insurance data, and support the clinical team. You will provide friendly, professional service in a high‑intensity environment and operate Epic Patient Access, Grand Central, and Hospital Billing modules.

This Day Shift role is 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday work required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant healthcare or medical office experience.
• Experience with EPIC applications (scheduling, registration, billing, order communications).

Responsibilities

• Handle registrations and scheduling for patient encounters.
• Assist with time-of-service collections and patient payments.
• Obtain authorizations and notify payers of same-day admissions.
