Proficiency in Epic Patient Access and related modules is expected. The position is 40 hours weekly, Evening Shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) with weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or medical office.
• EPIC applications, including scheduling, registration, billing, order communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle registrations and scheduling to support patient experience.
• Collect time-of-service payments and coordinate with payers.
• Obtain authorizations and provide same-day admission notifications.
• Maintain accurate demographic and insurance information.
