Job summary

Pregis is hiring an Adhesive Mixing and Waste Processing Operator to safely prepare adhesive batches, process waste adhesives and inks, and support coating operations. The role follows standard work practices to prevent delays and ensure safe, efficient production.

Shifts are Nights 5AM–5PM on a 2-2-3 schedule with overtime as needed. Requires high school diploma; pay range $18–$21 per hour. Relevant SOPs and handlings are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality procedures, SOPs, setups, basic math, and productivity requirements.
• Familiar with production reporting computer procedures.
• 90 days maximum to perform satisfactorily in the role.

Responsibilities

• Batch adhesives averaging 30–48 drums per shift.
• Weigh catalysts, defoamer, water, and additives per shift.
• Push/pull loads with required lifting ranges.
• Operate per Standard Work Practices and CSI/work instructions.
• Maintain safe, efficient coating operations and timely material supply.
