Pregis is seeking a Press Operator (Operator III) to lead hourly production staff on the night shift. You will ensure high-quality output at low waste while adhering to safety, SOPs, and delivery requirements.

The role requires setting up and operating all line equipment, training teammates, and driving continuous improvement. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to maintain smooth shift transitions.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read job tickets and assemble required components.
• Ability to operate and set up inline equipment (gluing, labeling, applicators).
• Experience with line maintenance, minor repairs, and problem solving.

• Ensure print quality and proper registration within standards.
