Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and formulas.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and OT.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment.
• Follow SOPs, batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and adjust to maintain quality.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain production, quality, and safety documentation.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
