Job summary

Pregis LLC in Elgin, IL is seeking a skilled Senior Operator to lead production crews on the night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will operate converting, printing, finishing equipment and guide teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
5-7 years of converting, printing, packaging, or related production experience.
Experience operating inline finishing and converting equipment.
Experience with machine setup, troubleshooting, and production leadership is preferred.

Operate converting, printing, finishing, and related equipment.
Review job tickets and production specifications before runs.
Set up machines and perform changes and adjustments.
