Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents in our care centers across California. You will assist with meals, client intake/outtake, room setup, safety checks, and daily housekeeping.

The role runs 11:00pm–7:30am, Wednesday through Sunday, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour plus swing and graveyard differentials. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred and a CA driver’s license with a clean DMV record is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including ability to send/receive emails and summarize data in spreadsheets.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with 5 years of clean DMV record and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve meals following food safety practices.
• Assist with client intakes/outtakes; prepare bed areas and enforce site rules.
• Check in with clients onsite; conduct dorm/room walkthroughs to ensure safety; de-escalation as needed.
• Inspect client belongings for prohibited items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment; follow universal precautions.
• Conduct daily cleaning of high-touch surfaces; sanitize per health regulations.
• Perform janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming; maintain facility and dorm areas.
• Transport clients to appointments/program activities; update transportation logs; report vehicle issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles; assist with client move outs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
