Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. You will enforce rules, assist with client needs, and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast‑paced setting.

The role requires strong communication, de‑escalation skills, and reliability. A California driver’s license and high school diploma are required. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CA Driver's License and 5 years of clean DMV record preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges by preparing bed areas and ensuring cleanliness.
• Conduct wellness checks and facility walk‑throughs to monitor safety and welfare.
• Perform routine sanitation and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment.
• Transport clients to appointments and manage daily transportation logs.
• Follow safety protocols and report concerns to the Site Manager.
