Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is hiring a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. Responsibilities include client intakes, daily wellness checks, sanitation, meal service, and routine housekeeping.

The role supports transport and requires strong multitasking under pressure. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour with swing and graveyard differentials, and a Wednesday–Sunday 3:00PM–11:30PM schedule in California.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including emails and spreadsheets.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean DMV record and insurance eligibility.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges, prepare bed area, and enforce site rules.
• Conduct wellness checks and floor walks to ensure safety and welfare.
• Perform routine sanitation, housekeeping, and trash removal.
• Assist with meal service and kitchen sanitation.
• Drive clients to appointments and maintain transport logs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly site operations.
