Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant in Santa Ana, CA to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients. You will enforce facility rules, assist with client needs, and support intake/discharges while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid California driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress setting.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills (email, data summaries).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean DMV record is required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce site rules and policies during admission and discharge.
• Assist with client intakes/outtakes and prepare bed areas for arrival.
• Perform wellness checks and routine facility walk-throughs to ensure safety.
• Handle sanitation, kitchen cleanliness, and general housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and maintain vehicle logs.
