Job summary

Illumination Health + Home in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Site Attendant to maintain a supportive, secure environment for clients, address daily needs, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the facility.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with $1.00 swing and $2.00 graveyard differentials. Schedule is 11:00pm–7:30am, Tuesday through Saturday. Duties include serving meals, client intake support, safety checks, housekeeping, vehicle transport, and medication pickup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with 5 years of clean DMV record and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
• Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheet use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals following food safety practices.
• Assist with client intakes and room setup.
• Conduct safety checks and de-escalation as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of facility and dorm rooms.
• Drive clients to appointments and manage transportation logs.
• Pick up client medications and assist move outs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
