Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a supportive, safe, and clean environment for residents across our recuperative care centers and shelters. You will address daily needs, ensure safety, enforce site rules, and help promote residents’ wellbeing.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with $1.00 swing and $2.00 graveyard differentials. Shift is 11:00pm–7:30am, Friday through Tuesday, serving clients in Santa Ana and the surrounding Orange County area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheet data.
• Valid CA Driver's License, 5 years clean DMV record, and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to clients while following food safety practices.
• Assist with client intakes and outtakes by preparing client bed area and enforcing client site rules/policies
• Check in with clients on-site and perform walk-throughs of dorm/room areas to ensure client safety and welfare
• Conduct periodic checks of client belongings to ensure that prohibited items are not brought on-site.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment while using universal precautions.
• Perform routine janitorial cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintenance of facility spaces.
• Drive clients to and from appointments/program activities as scheduled.
• Update transportation logs and inform supervisor of vehicle issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicles.
• Pick up client medications and assist with move outs as needed.
