Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents across multiple facilities in California. You will assist with client intakes, enforce rules, support daily operations, and help ensure high standards of care while working in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with swing and graveyard differentials. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including email and data in spreadsheets.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with 5 years clean DMV and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Client Care & Support: assist with intakes and discharges, ensure bedding and rooms are clean, enforce site rules, and support client safety.
• Meal Preparation & Food Safety: prepare and serve meals following proper food safety standards and sanitize kitchen surfaces.
• Sanitation & Housekeeping: maintain sanitary environment, perform routine janitorial duties, clean dorms/rooms weekly or on discharge.
• Transportation & Vehicle Maintenance: drive clients to appointments, maintain logs, inspect vehicles, and sanitize high-touch areas.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate concerns to the Site Manager.
