Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant in Santa Ana, CA to maintain a safe, clean environment for residents. You will enforce rules, assist with client needs, and support sanitation, meal prep, and transportation duties in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong multitasking, de-escalation and professionalism, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour and shift differentials of $1.00 for swing and $2.00 for graveyard shifts. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00PM–11:30PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills including email and basic spreadsheets.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges, preparing bedding and cleaning areas.
• Conduct wellness checks and facility walk-throughs to monitor safety and welfare.
• Perform routine searches of client belongings to ensure compliance with rules.
• Transport clients to appointments and maintain daily logs and vehicle cleanliness.
