Illumination Health + Home in Riverside, CA is hiring a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. You will enforce facility rules, assist with client needs, and support intakes and discharges while upholding health and safety standards.

This full-time role operates Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional shifts possible. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, plus swing $1 and graveyard $2 differentials, reflecting the demanding,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills including email and basic spreadsheets
• Valid CA driver's license with a clean DMV record and insurance eligibility
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients.
• Enforce facility rules and assist with client needs, intakes and discharges.
• Perform regular sanitation of high-touch areas and general cleaning.
• Support client care and facility operations as directed.
• Respond to immediate client or facility concerns; manage priorities under pressure.
