Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a part-time Night Service Representative in the Philadelphia/King of Prussia area. You will respond to overnight on-call needs, assist guests, manage room keys, and help with limited check-ins/check-outs.

The role offers a chance to live on-site and work with a friendly team while maintaining high service standards. Knowledge of English and computer systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers; proficient in reading and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on-call for check-ins, maintenance issues, noise complaints, and safety situations.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and safeguard from mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed; organize, confirm, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Keep abreast of hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Ensure safety, guest, and security concerns are reported per company policy.
• Provide guests with directions and information about amenities and local areas of interest.
