• Ability to respond to overnight business needs within 30 minutes of notification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notification for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints and safety situations.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and safeguard from mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in/out and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs including registration and payments.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities and local area.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging events and posting payments to folios.
• Maintain proficiency in hotel computer systems and PMS.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when necessary.
• May cover another hotel in the area to meet staffing needs.
