Empire Truck Sales is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team in the Southeast. You will be the main point of contact for service needs and coordinate with parts and service staff to keep repairs and warranty work moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Parts and/or Service support role (automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership preferred).
• Strong knowledge of dealership or truck industry terminology (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for service needs.
• Coordinate with parts and service teams to manage repairs, labor, and sublet work.
• Open and process work orders, ensuring accuracy for retail and warranty jobs.
• Communicate repair updates clearly and promptly to customers.
• Support daily operations in both Parts and Service departments.
• Work alongside a skilled team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
