Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Parts and/or Service support at an automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer’s main point of contact with service and parts teams.
• Coordinate parts, labor, and sublet of needed repairs.
• Open and close work orders; prepare for retail and warranty jobs.
