Job summary

Advantage Truck Group (ATG) is seeking a self-motivated Service Advisor to support a busy heavy truck service department. You will be the first point of contact for customers, document repair needs, and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs on track.

The role requires at least 1 year of Service Advisor experience, strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and the ability to multi-task. Full benefits Day One and a team-focused environment are offered, with competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience: 1 year or more.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive first point of contact for customers.
• Listen to and document the vehicle needs clearly on repair orders.
• Explain vehicle needs clearly to the technician.
• Follow up on vehicles during repair and keep customers updated.
• Maintain a professional manner at all times.
• Call customers to remind them of service appointments and respond to inquiries.
