Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for overnight logistics operations in Ohio. The role covers supervising a security team on the 10pm–6am shift, coordinating with the site supervisor and account manager, and ensuring high-quality service delivery on a designated shift.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to prepare clear reports, and a clean driving record. A high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience) is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving position requires valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on the shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

5 years verifiable experience

Effective written and oral communication
