Allied Universal is currently recruiting a Security Shift Supervisor for a manufacturing site in Ohio. This full-time role pays $17.00 per hour and involves supervising the shift team to ensure quality security services and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and reporting skills, and the ability to manage incidents and operate basic computer tools. Background checks and driving record verifications may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.
• Must prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• Driving positions require a valid license and clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crises calmly while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and ensure quality service.
• Coordinate between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Assist in delivering quality security services on the shift.
