Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift, coordinating quality service at a client site. You will supervise officers, coach staff, and report to the site supervisor and Account Manager. This role emphasizes communication, crisis handling, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports/logs clearly.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Basic computer skills for client-site wireless tech.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate shift reports and logs.
