Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Night RN for the Telemetry Unit-3P in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ. The role requires 1+ year of RN experience and an AZ license (or compact) with BLS.

The RN will care for cardiac patients, administer medications and IV therapies, and develop individualized care plans. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care in a demanding but rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona nursing license or compact state licensure upon hire; must obtain AZ license within 60 days.
• BLS certification required; national certification in unit specialty preferred.
• 1+ year med-surg or acute care RN experience required for all float positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards; record medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and monitor patient response and safety.
• Develop and implement care plans; educate patients and families on home care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise less experienced staff and maintain clinical knowledge.

Education

BSN within 60 months (required to complete)

ASN or Diploma in Nursing

BSN preferred
