Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring for a Night Shift RN in the Telemetry Unit-3P in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ. The RN will perform nursing duties including administering medications, maintaining IV lines, and coordinating care across a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires 1+ year RN experience in med-surg or acute care, with BSN preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available. All Diploma/ADN holders must pursue BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year RN experience in med-surg or acute care.
• Float position requires 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms, help perform diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Administer medications and therapies, manage IV lines, and monitor patient progress.
• Provide patient and family education on post-treatment care and home needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans.
