Qualifications

• RN with BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing acceptable; BSN preferred
• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state; national certification for unit population preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data and establish a care plan
• Administer medications and IV therapies with accurate dosing
• Operate and monitor medical equipment and record observations
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team to evaluate patient progress
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and home care needs
