Job summary

HonorHealth’s Telemetry Unit-3P2 in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to provide expert nursing care to patients with cardiac and acute conditions. You will perform assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, document responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

BNLS: The RN will educate patients and families, precept staff, and ensure safety and quality in all care activities.

Qualifications

• RN must have AZ license or compact state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year RN experience for Float Positions.
• Diploma/ADN hires must complete BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and develop a family-centered care plan.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per policy.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff; document care accurately.
