Banner Health’s Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking a registered nurse for the Progressive Care/Telemetry Unit (PCU). The 40-bed PCU handles multisystem and complex patients with telemetry needs, offering growth through training in related acute care areas.

This full-time night shift position requires 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly, with weekend and holiday rotation. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available; night differential is 18%, with an extra $3/hour on weekends when applicable.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active RN license to practice.
• BLS certification is required for this role.
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
• Nursing competencies include critical thinking, communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized care.
• Implement and coordinate nursing interventions per physician orders.
• Monitor patient status and adjust care as conditions change.
• Document care and ensure accurate patient records.
