Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care or telemetry preferred.
• Ability to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and coordinate a plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Document patient response and care interventions.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe discharge planning.
