Job summary

Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix seeks a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Telemetry in the 3A PCU. This full-time night-shift role requires 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, 7:00pm–7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays.

The unit handles medically complex cardiac patients with continuous monitoring; patients are cared for under a structured team, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient safety. A sign-on bonus of $15K is available.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Banner-affiliated experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care per nursing standards.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status per physician orders.
• Document care, progress, and outcomes in the chart.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families.
