Qualifications

• RN license required and BLS certified.
• Experience or training in PCU/Telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop realistic discharge plans.
• Provide patient and family education and document care accordingly.
• Participate in ongoing unit improvement and evidence-based practice.
