Job summary

Banner Ironwood Medical Center in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Progressive Care Telemetry RN for night shifts. You will assess, plan, implement and document nursing care for telemetry patients, collaborating with a cohesive team in a fast-paced rural hospital setting.

The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment and includes weekend/ night differential pay. 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm with weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans care according to policy.
• Forms and revises a care plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates with staff.
• Evaluates patient progress and updates care plans as needed.
• Documents care in the patient record in a timely, legible manner.
• Provides education and supports patient/family learning.
• Participates in leadership and quality improvement activities.
• Supervises staff and coordinates workflow as assigned.
• Communicates patient status across care teams.
