Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center, part of Banner Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PCU to join the night shift team. You will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for medical and surgical patients in a fast-paced, positive environment.

The unit offers 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shifts with self-scheduling potential and weekend/holiday rotation. Night differential applies, and a sign-on incentive is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher and additional education/certifications.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is desired, with specific unit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan; provide and coordinate nursing care.
• Implement and monitor care plans and discharge planning.
• Document care activities and patient responses in the medical record.
