Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ADN accepted with clinical experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and implement an individualized plan of care with the care team.
• Deliver direct patient care and supervise care provided by licensed staff.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement activities.
