Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Telemetry Unit-3P2 in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ, on the night shift. The RN will perform assessments, administer meds, manage IVs, and participate in patient education and care planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the care team, documenting patient data, and ensuring safety and quality of care in a fast-paced environment. A valid AZ RN license is required, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Arizona (in-state or compact).
• Minimum 10 months med-surg or acute care experience.
• BSN preferred; ADN or diploma acceptable with plan to pursue BSN.

Responsibilities

• Follow ANA standards and Code of Ethics for professional nursing.
• Assess patient data and contribute to care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IVs with safety checks.
• Document care and patient responses accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
