Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Night shift in the Neuro Care Unit Telemetry at Deer Valley, Phoenix. The RN will document patient histories, perform diagnostic tasks, administer medications, and help with rehabilitation and discharge planning.

We require 1+ years of RN experience, BLS certification, and a commitment to evidence-based nursing practice. Sign On Bonus available and opportunities to advance within a large nonprofit system.

Qualifications

• Must complete BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and ethical codes.
• Collect health data, assess, and develop family-centered care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor IVs, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment and home care.

Education
