Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for night shift in the Neuro Care Unit at Deer Valley location. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include an RN license in Arizona, nursing degree (Associates/ Diploma required; BSN preferred within 60 months), and relevant med-surg/ acute care experience. Night shift with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN within 60 months of hire preferred.
• AZ RN license required; national certification for unit population preferred (stroke).
• Stroke-specific education requirements may apply prior to start (see addendum).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards; perform assessments, administer medications, monitor IVs, and educate patients and families.
• Develop and evaluate care plans; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care.
