Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a registered nurse for the Telemetry Unit-3P2 in Deer Valley, Phoenix, a night shift role within a large nonprofit health system. The RN provides direct patient care, develops care plans, administers medications and therapies, and coordinates with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include data collection, plan of care implementation, and patient teaching.

Qualifications

• RN with 1+ year med-surg or acute specialty setting experience required
• BLS certification required (Certificate)
• Arizona RN license upon hire or state compact licensure required

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health data; document findings and plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; manage IV lines
• Educate patients and families on care, post-treatment needs, and home care
• Supervise and orient nursing staff and students as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
