Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring an RN for the Telemetry Unit - 3P2 at Deer Valley, 19829 N 27th Ave Phoenix, AZ 85027, for the night shift. The RN provides patient care guided by ANA standards, administers medications, monitors patient status, and collaborates with physicians to develop and adjust care plans.

Requirements include Arizona RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN preferred; ADN/diploma holders should complete BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN degree and licensure as required for the state of Arizona.
• BSN preferred; ADN/ diploma holders encouraged to pursue BSN within 60 months.
• Active RN license in Arizona at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collects health data and develops patient-centered care plans.
• Implements nursing interventions, administers medications, and monitors outcomes.
• Documents observations, treatments and patient responses in the medical record.
• Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to adjust plans as needed.
• Provides patient and family education on diagnosis, treatments, and aftercare.

Education

Associate's or Diploma in Nursing

Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Complete BSN within 60 months OR 5+ years RN experience
