Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for the Alder Creek RTF in Milwaukie, Oregon. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Training includes paid sessions and clinical supervision to gain on‑the‑job experience. Weekly schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Part Time Night).

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs/IADLs).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass DHS background check.
• Willingness to complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing; encourage client participation.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical tasks as prescribed.
• Transport clients to activities and ensure documentation meets productivity standards.
