Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services Inc. is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for Willamette Rose RTF in Portland, Oregon. You will provide compassionate companionship and assist with daily living tasks, meal prep, and transportation as needed, under RN guidance.

The position offers growth via a MHACBO-accredited training program and a two-shift swing schedule (Tue–Sat, 2:00pm–10:30pm). The role involves medication administration under supervision, documentation compliance, and participation in a team

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) preferred.
• Driving is an essential function of this position; valid driver's license required or to be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Assist with personal care services and activities of daily living to increase functioning.
• Pass medications under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and perform delegated medical care as prescribed.
