Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to provide companionship and daily living assistance under RN supervision. You will help with personal care, meal support, and transportation, while maintaining medication administration as prescribed and completing required documentation.

The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with benefits including healthcare, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to provide personal and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Valid driver\'s license required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and daily living assistance to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and food purchasing; encourage client participation.
• Pass medications under RN guidance and perform delegated medical tasks as prescribed.
• Transport clients to and from the program and document services to meet productivity standards.
