Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Wilsonville, Oregon is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for the Bridgestone RTH. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily living tasks, prepare meals, and support clients in maintaining independence. Under RN guidance, you may pass medications and help with routine medical tasks.

The role is part-time swing, with a Friday–Monday shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. competitive differential pay and benefits are offered in accordance with the collective

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Driving is an essential function of this position; a valid driver’s license is required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Provide personal care services to help individuals develop daily living skills.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing while encouraging client participation.
• Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed.
• Transport clients to and from the program and maintain documentation per productivity standards.
