ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for Alder Creek RTF in Milwaukie, Oregon. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, meal prep, and participate in care under a Registered Nurse guidance.

The role includes medication assistance and resident transport. We offer a MHACBO-accredited training program, competitive hourly wages, and several differentiators for night shifts and program eligibility.

Formación

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Dedication to wellbeing of residents and helping with daily living activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with meal prep, cleanup, and food purchasing; encourage participation.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical tasks as prescribed.
• Transport residents to activities and appointments; maintain documentation per productivity standards.
