ColumbiaCare Services in Portland, OR is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to join our Aspen Hill RTF team. You will provide caring companionship, assist with daily living activities, and support that helps residents maintain independence and function. Under RN guidance, you may pass medications and participate in treatment activities. Training includes CEUs and paid supervision.

Typical schedule is Friday through Monday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (Part Time Day).

Qualifikationen

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
• A dedication to the wellbeing of each resident and helping them complete their activities of daily living (ADL’s) and independent activities of daily living (IADLs).

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care services and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Transport clients to and from the program as necessary and assist with meal preparation and clean‑up as needed.
