Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Care Associate I for Alder Creek RTF in Milwaukie, OR. You will provide compassionate care, assist with ADLs, meals, and transportation under RN supervision, and help clients build daily living skills.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, background check, 18+ years old, and adherence to CCS policies. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and retirement plan, with night shift differential and program-specific differentials.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to pass a DHS background check
• Direct Care staff must be 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food shopping; encourage client participation
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical tasks as prescribed
• Transport clients to/from program and document services per productivity standards
