ColumbiaCare Services in Portland, Oregon seeks a Residential Care Associate I to provide compassionate care and support that helps residents develop daily living skills. Under RN guidance, you’ll assist with meals, activities, and medication administration, and transport clients as needed.

The role operates Sunday through Thursday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with pay of $21.42–$22.07 per hour plus program differentials. A training path toward QMHA certification is available.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up and food purchasing.
• Pass medications under RN supervision and perform delegated medical tasks.
• Transport clients to program activities and document services per standards.
