Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Supervisor Production to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging operations during the night shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output.

You will lead a team, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to training staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure with night shifts.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and safety protocols.
• Effective documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset with lean principles experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Supervise personnel to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, HACCP and safety policies.
• Draft and post weekly shift schedules and communicate changes.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality, yield and efficiency.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Perform PM and GEMBA walks as part of maintenance routines.
• Maintain production and quality records and downtime reporting.
