Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Lead (Nights) to work with the Production Supervisor on daily floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput on a 12-hour rotating schedule. The role requires strong communication with prior shift teams and adherence to GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include line changeovers, material ordering, quality checks, and supporting shift reporting. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environment is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Assists Production Supervisor with daily activities of assigned shift, ensuring product safety, quality and throughput.
• Communicates with previous shift regarding challenges and opportunities to prepare for the shift.
• Conducts shift walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Assists with batching minerals and preparing lines for scheduled changeovers.
• Orders and inspects raw materials prior to changeovers and performs first pass quality checks.
• Verifies discrete jobs in Oracle, Warehouse Management System, and Line Management System.
• Supports Production Supervisor with hourly and end-of-shift production reports.
• Uses Efficiency Improvement Tools to analyze line downtime and escalates as needed.
• Adheres to Niagara GMP and Food Safety Standards; maintains safety programs.
• Regular and predictable attendance; able to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
