Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Batching Supervisor (Nights) to lead production on the floor with the Batching Manager. You will ensure safety, quality, and throughput while coaching a team and coordinating changeovers and material readiness.

The role requires strong manufacturing experience, leadership in a fast-paced plant, and adherence to GMP/food safety standards. You’ll participate in safety meetings and help maintain a high‑performing team culture.

Qualifications

• 4 years of field or similar manufacturing experience.
• 4 years of experience in the position.
• 4 years of experience managing people/projects; may include combination of work experience and education.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist Batching Manager with daily activities on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Communicate with the previous shift about challenges and opportunities for the new shift.
• Assist with batching and preparing lines for changeovers and verify BOMs and quality in systems.
• Coach and develop team members; support recruitment and performance reviews.
• Monitor attendance, PTO, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards and participate in safety trainings.
